What are pave diamond  rings? Pave diamonds are little tiny Micro Diamonds that give a diamond a bunch of accents around the side of the engagement ring usually. Unfortunately so many people missusethe word.  The true meaning is little diamonds around side of ring that create accents that make it more enjoyable to look at your setting.

You can get a pave setting with as few or as many little tiny diamonds that you might want to have on it.   Lets for example determine the type of gold you want to use. You can use 10k, 14k, or 18k.  Although they type of gold used on a pave setting looks the same but depending on your budget the higher the gold the higher the purity of gold in the engagement ring. 

However, you can do whatever you wish but we suggest 14k as the standard to be used in any ring or setting. The reason is it is the American standard in relation to diamond rings and their related setttings and bands.
